On June 12, 2014, AmeriGas Partners, L.P. (AmeriGas) reported that a public underwritten offering of 8.5 million the Company's common units were priced at $45.80 per unit by Heritage ETC, L.P. (Selling Unitholder), an affiliate of Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. AmeriGas also said that an option to purchase up to 1,242,362 additional common units at the public offering price less the underwriting discount was given to the underwriters. The offering is expected to close on June 17, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions. The Southern Company Analyst Notes
