Garcia brings decades of leadership experience to his new role, including 25 years with The Walt Disney Company, where he led operations, efficiency planning, and later sustainability initiatives across multiple global sites. His deep understanding of labor systems, combined with roles in HR and safety, uniquely equips him to support both talent and business communities in achieving operational efficiency and workforce stability.
