ATLANTA, Feb. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Primary Capital welcomes new hire: Jan Davidson, Branch Manager, Cornelius, NC. Jan joins Primary Capital with a strong reputation in the residential mortgage industry.

Jan comes to Primary Capital with 12 years experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to teaming with Primary Capital, Jan owned her own company, Davidson Mortgage. Davidson Mortgage was family owned, established in 1997 and located in the Lake Norman area just north of Charlotte, NC. Jan became President and sole owner of Davidson Mortgage in 2006. The decision to open the first office in Cornelius, NC was made because of the demographics of the area and the anticipated growth for the Lake Norman region.

Davidson Mortgage was always a referral based business focused on "good rates, reasonable fees and professional service." The Davidson Mortgage team members are experienced, college educated, and hold national and state lending licenses.
