Prime Focus World Appoints Massoud Entekhabi As Global Chief Financial Officer

LOS ANGELES, May 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Prime Focus World named Zenith Equity Partners founder Massoud Entekhabi as Global Chief Financial Officer in an announcement made today by Founder and CEO, Namit Malhotra. Entekhabi will be based out of Prime Focus' Los Angeles office and will provide financial leadership and strategy for the global 2D to 3D conversion and VFX businesses as well as continuing to serve on the Company's Board of Directors. He will report to Malhotra.

Prior to founding Zenith Equity Partners, Entekhabi was a General Partner and Managing Director of TL Ventures, a nationally focused venture capital firm with $1.6 Billion under management. Before that, he spent 27 years with Coopers & Lybrand LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where as a Partner he held various senior management and market facing positions. He currently holds various Board of Directors appointments for a number of companies across varying industries and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is a CPA.
