Primetime Fitness Expands Presence in New York Metro Area with the Acquisition of 13 Crunch Gym Locations

Through strategic acquisitions, Crunch Fitness franchisee grows its geographic footprint with recent expansions in New York and New Jersey

NEW FAIRFIELD, Conn., Aug. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Primetime Fitness, an experienced Crunch Fitness developer and franchisee, today announced the acquisition of 13 new Crunch locations across New York and New Jersey. The gyms were purchased from franchisees Chris Pacifico's Carey Ave Development LLC and Assaf Gal's AD Fitness LLC. This marks a major milestone in Primetime's growth strategy and expands the franchisee's total footprint to 36 locations nationwide.

The newly acquired gyms span key communities in the New York metropolitan area. This expansion strengthens Crunch Fitness' presence in one of the country's most active fitness markets.
