Principal Management Group's 'Seven Meadows Community' Proves It CARES

HOUSTON, Feb. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- PMG Houston's "Seven Meadows Community" wins the Community Associations Institute's (CAI) local chapter "Beautification" and "Conservation" Awards for the fourth quarter 2009.  

To win the "Beautification" Award, The Seven Meadows neighbors and PMG installed irrigation lines, grass and new plants on a median that it doesn't own but is in the community.  Greener is greater, so the team consulted a specialist to learn how to conserve energy, water and money through sustainable use of the buildings' utility functions and won the "Conservation" award along with keeping more money in each neighbor's pocket.
