Pro-Tech Energy Solutions Appoints Ian Stewart to Director of Finance

BRANCHURG, N.J., June 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Pro-Tech Energy Solutions LLC today announced that Ian S. Stewart of Branchburg, N.J. has been appointed Director of Finance for the self-funded turnkey energy services company, effective immediately.

Stewart will direct the financing for the company's wide array of energy efficiency upgrades and renewable energy offerings to the Mid-Atlantic region's commercial facilities looking to save money on utility costs.

Stewart brings a wealth of financial experience to his new position, most recently having spent more than two years as chief financial officer and treasurer at American Air and Ocean, Inc. in Newark, N.J., managing all finance and accounting for the corporation.

Previously, Stewart held a series of positions of increasing responsibility over nine years, including Vice President with Bear Wagner Specialists LLC, a leading NYSE specialist firm and subsidiary of The Bear Stearns Companies, Inc. (BSC) representing more than 380 publicly traded equities with an aggregate market cap greater than $2.8 trillion. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Salisbury University in Maryland.
