Paris, April 11, 2011 - Prodware, a vendor and hoster of ERP and CRM solutions for businesses, produced in the first quarter of 2011 a turnover of EUR 24.4 million, up 12.6% on a comparable basis.

This performance is due to:

- The success of the new suite of business applications and solutions dedicated to customer relationship management, FocusLive CRM;

- The SaaS sales growth;

- The strong momentum of our historic partnership with Sage, a sign of recovery in the SME segment

- and by the organic growth of the turnover of the Prodware ID subsidiary, a center of expertise on product lifecycle management solutions for the manufacturing and construction industries (PLM/BIM/CAD), from the acquisition of Ares Innovation & Design in December 2010.

Successful integration of Ares Innovation & Design

In its first quarter as part of the Group turnover grew by 28.4% to EUR 5.9 million confirming the pertinence of the integration of this activity and its potential for synergies. The subsidiary has benefited from the implementation of the industrial processes and marketing of Prodware and from the strong implication of its teams.

As announced, the Prodware Group innovates by investing in the creation of a software suite allowing a perfect integration between the major PLM / BIM (Autodesk and PTC) standards and the leading ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics and Sage X3.
