Profile Expands International Reach With Acquisition of HMI Worldwide

BUFFALO GROVE, Ill., April 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Continuing to accelerate its international growth, Profile Products LLC has acquired HMI Worldwide of Grandville, Mich., and will integrate the HMI Worldwide business into Profile Products.

HMI Worldwide is an international organization concentrating exclusively on sales and marketing of hydroseeding mulches and supplies; erosion control products; cellulose insulation and supplies; dust control products; alternative daily covers for landfills; and application equipment into more than 30 countries around the world.

Profile Products and HMI Worldwide will combine forces on projects around the world; providing project management consultation, technical assistance, education and training, instruction and product performance support in the erosion control, golf and sports field markets.
