ProgenyHealth Announces Strategic Growth Investment by Cressey & Company and its Existing Investor Sunstone Partners

PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa., May 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- ProgenyHealth, LLC, a recognized national leader in maternity and NICU care management, today announced that the company has received a significant growth investment from its existing investor, Sunstone Partners, and Cressey & Company ("Cressey"), a private investment firm focused on building leading healthcare services and information technology businesses. Cressey's investment and added resources will support the continued expansion of ProgenyHealth's services to reach more patients and improve the trajectory of maternal and infant health across the country.

Sunstone Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm, invested in Progeny in 2017. Since the investment, ProgenyHealth has organically quadrupled its business, bolstered its service offerings, and managed 140,000 NICU births. Sunstone Partners remains a significant investor in the Company together with Cressey and the ProgenyHealth management team.
