Scherr brings deep expertise in operations, technology innovation and strategic leadership, positioning him to enhance product development, operational excellence and customer experience at project44.
Scherr joins project44 after serving as a Senior Advisor for seven years. In his new role, Scherr will unify Technology Leadership, Support, Network and Business Operations to streamline operational execution and accelerate innovation. His leadership will drive efficiencies and enhance the customer and carrier experience across the project44 ecosystem.
Scherr most recently co-founded and served as CEO of Juno, a PropTech startup leveraging decentralized supply chains to accelerate real estate decarbonization. At Juno, he successfully raised $50 million in venture funding, built a leadership team from Apple, Tesla, Amazon and Turner Construction, and delivered the first fully component-based mass timber building in the U.S. Under his leadership, Juno was recognized by the World Economic Forum and earned awards from Fast Company and the U.S. Department of Forestry.
