Prometheus Research Lands Spot on Best Places to Work in CT for Fourth Consecutive Year

NEW HAVEN, Conn., March 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Prometheus Research has earned a spot on the list of Best Places to Work in Connecticut for the fourth year in a row. Best Places to Work is a survey and awards program started by the Hartford Business Journal and Best Companies Group and sponsored by Hooker & Holocombe Companies. This year is the tenth anniversary of the program, which was created to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in Connecticut, benefiting the state's economy, workforce, and businesses.

Companies from across the state completed the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Connecticut. The first part evaluated each company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics, and the second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. Best Companies Group used both scores to analyze the data and determine the final rankings.

The 2015 rankings will be published in the March issue of Hartford Business Journal, with a special awards ceremony on March 11 at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford, CT.
