Prosperous Agriculture Signs Joint Development and Exclusive Agency Agreement with Luxi Chemical

SHENZHEN, China, Oct. 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Uni Core Holdings Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: UCHC), a Hong Kong based holding company, is excited to announce that Prosperous Agriculture Company Limited ("Prosperous Agriculture"), one of UCHC's subsidiaries, has signed an agreement with Luxi Chemical Group Co., Ltd. ("Luxi Chemical") (Stock Code: 000830) to jointly introduce the Phyllite soil conditioner of EMCOM in Japan and its respective application technology to fertilizer, to develop "Luxi Shou Er", a brand of new compound fertilizer products, and to be exclusively distributed by Prosperous Agriculture in mainland China.  Currently, the R & D Department of Luxi Chemical is stepping up the production of this new fertilizer, and the production side is preparing for the equipment installation.  It is expected that this new product will be launched in the market around the New Year time.

Luxi Chemical is a large chemical group, ranking first in both production and sales of fertilizer in China for six consecutive years, with more than 16,000 employees and an annual output value of over RMB15 billion (US$2.4 billion).  Luxi brand is a well-known trademark in China that has won the quality award in the Shandong Province.

Fertilizer applicability of decomposition report showed that the quality and technology of this soil conditioner are of international standard.  The cooperation between Luxi Chemical and Prosperous Agriculture to introduce this advanced product and technology into China will certainly contribute to further increasing production and output of China's agricultural industry.
