When sharing a company review on Glassdoor, employees are asked to rate their satisfaction with the company overall, along with key workplace factors such as career opportunities, compensation, benefits, work/life balance, senior management, culture and values. To compile the final list of Best Places to Work, Glassdoor takes into account the quantity, quality and consistency of reviews written by U.S.-based employees between November 2016 and October 2017.
