Providea Conferencing, LLC Names New CEO

CAMARILLO, Calif., Jan. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Providea Conferencing, LLC one of the nation's leading video conferencing, audio visual and professional services integrators announced the promotion of Todd Luttinger to CEO from his current role as President which he has held since December of 2008 when Providea acquired Videre Conferencing, Inc. Providea Founder Tom Bailey will continue to serve the Company in his new role as Vice Chairman of the Board and maintain an integral role in the Company's ongoing strategic initiatives.
