Pryor Cashman Bolsters Intellectual Property Group with Addition of Leading Litigator Jeffrey Snow
NEW YORK, Dec. 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Pryor Cashman LLP is pleased to announce that Jeffrey L. Snow has joined the firm as a partner in the Intellectual Property Group. Based in the firm's New York office, Snow joins Pryor Cashman from Cooper & Dunham LLP, a boutique intellectual property firm based in New York City, where he was also a partner. Before that, he served as the Director of Intellectual Property at Barnes & Noble, Inc.
Snow's experience runs the complete spectrum of intellectual property work and includes patent, trademark and copyright litigation, prosecution, opinions, licensing, and due diligence support for corporate transactions. His litigation experience includes trial counsel in intellectual property cases, Markman hearings, summary judgment proceedings in patent, trademark copyright and unfair competition cases, settlement and licensing negotiations, and appellate proceedings before the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and other appellate courts.
