Ken serves biopharmaceutical clients on brand and corporate strategy engagements encompassing new product development, product launch planning, product positioning, pricing and contracting, licensing & development, due diligence, forecasting and market assessments in the US, Europe, and Emerging Markets. Ken joined Putnam from McKinsey & Co., where he advised major and specialty pharmaceutical manufacturers, drug distributors, and private equity firms. Prior to McKinsey, Ken was on the faculty of MIT, where he led a research group in computational chemistry, biomaterials, and drug delivery. Prior to MIT he worked at DuPont and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology.

Scott has extensive experience leading projects in the areas of global pricing and market access, portfolio prioritization, medical adherence analysis, and product forecasting. His practice spans a number of therapeutic areas including asthma, osteoporosis, cardiovascular, hematology / oncology, transplantation, and dermatology.
