A GrowSafe residual feed intake system tracks individual animal consumption using electronic IDs to identify and promote more efficient genetic lines.

There is a Meat Science Laboratory, a Veterinary Treatment Facility, specialized greenhouses, upgraded poultry units, and the International Goat Research Center, known for work in goat health, genetics, nutrition, and welfare. These facilities underpin training, innovation, and applied research that respond to today's urgent challenges.

The Farm also houses the Algae Center of Excellence, where researchers explore algae's potential in biofuels, wastewater treatment, fertilizers, and sustainable water-food-energy systems.
