PVOLVE Opens Two New Virginia Studios in Richmond and Tysons
NEW YORK, Oct. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- PVOLVE, the fitness franchise transforming the way people build strength, mobility and stability for movement longevity, is opening two new studios in Virginia: Short Pump in Richmond and Tysons in Northern Virginia.
The Richmond studio, located in Short Pump is owned by Vikas Kapila, a management consultant and entrepreneur who has operated a consulting firm and StretchLab franchise studios. His experience has given him firsthand insight into leading a team and building lasting member relationships. Drawn to PVOLVE's focus on long-term health, he plans to bring the Method to Short Pump and the greater Richmond community.
The Tysons studio is owned by Mona Keshtkaran, a nutritionist and functional medicine specialist, and Shahrad Shadman, a cardiologist. Together, they bring a clinical, prevention-focused perspective to studio ownership and a shared commitment to helping people take a proactive approach to their well-being. Inspired by PVOLVE's focus on functional movement and longevity, they are bringing the Method to Northern Virginia.
"Richmond and Tysons are exciting studio additions, with Vikas bringing valuable wellness and franchise experience, and Mona and Shahrad offering a unique perspective rooted in health and medicine, that further underscores PVOLVE's clinical differentiation in the fitness landscape" said PVOLVE President Julie Cartwright. "We are thrilled to see them bring PVOLVE to their communities."
As PVOLVE continues to expand nationwide, the brand remains focused on delivering a differentiated fitness experience that transforms the body while supporting movement longevity. This approach helps attract and retain members locally, creating a powerful business model for franchise owners across North America.
