Hoover brings more than 15 years of experience serving clients across a variety of industries, with a focus on publicly-held companies in the industrial and consumer products sectors. His experience includes advising clients about acquisitions and divestitures, due diligence reviews and carve-out audits, as well as debt and equity offerings, including the related SEC filing process. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Pennsylvania. Hoover received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
