PwC US Admits New Partner in Birmingham

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., July 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- PwC US announced that David Woodall has been admitted into the firm's partnership, effective today.

Woodall was admitted as an Assurance partner. Woodall joined PwC in 2003 and serves for-profit healthcare providers, including SEC registrants, and not-for-profit and governmental higher education institutions across the southeast. In addition to his core audit responsibilities, he has also assisted clients with acquisitions and dispositions, equity offerings, bond offerings, and other similar transactions. Woodall earned his bachelor's degree at The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee and his Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Alabama.

Woodall is among 201 professionals newly admitted to the US partnership, representing all PwC service lines. The number includes 82 new partners in audit and assurance, 56 in tax, and 63 in advisory. The new admissions bring PwC's US partnership to approximately 3,100 men and women.
