CHARLOTTE, N.C., July 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- PwC US announced today that five professionals from its Carolinas market were admitted into the firm's partnership, effective July 1, 2014.
Bryan Bishop will serve as a tax partner based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is currently on a two-year international tour of duty in London. Bishop brings over 16 years of public accounting experience to his role with over 14 of those years focused exclusively on mobility taxation. In addition to his tours of duty with the International Assignment Services ('IAS') practice, Bishop has taken short term assignments with PwC's Corporate Middle Market tax practice, the Corporate International Tax Services practice and the Global Equity Consulting practice. He received his bachelor's degree with a concentration in accountancy from John Carroll University and a master's degree in taxation from the University of Denver. He is a CPA licensed in Ohio and North Carolina.
Michael Dembitsky was admitted as an advisory principal based in Columbia, South Carolina. Dembitsky has over 21 years of experience in the power and utilities industry specializing in financial and supply chain business, organizational transformation, and corporate strategy. He holds a bachelor's degree in information technology management and a master's degree in information technology from American Intercontinental University and an MBA in finance from Capella University.
Todd Eldredge was admitted as an assurance partner based in Greensboro, North Carolina. Eldredge has over 15 years of experience providing assurance-related services to financial institutions in the Chicago and Carolinas markets on broad technical accounting and reporting matters. He also has significant experience with complex and critical accounting policies such as loan accounting, allowance for credit losses and financial instruments related topics. Eldredge holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's of accountancy from Brigham Young University. He is a CPA licensed in North Carolina and Illinois.
Dominic Henriques was admitted as an assurance partner in PwC's financial services risk assurance practice based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has over 14 years of experience assisting clients within the banking and capital markets industry with a broad range of risk, compliance, systems and operational control related services. In addition, he has deep experience in the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley, including program design and optimization, as well as providing external audit support for clients. Henriques holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Belmont Abbey College and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and a CPA licensed in North Carolina and Virginia.
Jim Holloway was admitted as an advisory principal in PwC's financial services advisory practice based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Holloway has over 19 years of experience serving banking clients needing assistance with technological, operational, and regulatory change. Holloway's experience includes projects focused on mergers and acquisitions, consumer banking, outsourcing, large program management, and regulatory remediation. Holloway holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

These five individuals are among 180 professionals admitted to the US partnership, representing all PwC service lines. The number includes 69 new partners in audit and assurance, 49 in tax, 61 in advisory, and one in internal firm services. The new admissions bring PwC's US partnership to more than 2,850 men and women.
