PwC US Announces Two New Partner Promotions in Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn., July 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- PwC US announced two professionals from its Nashville, Tennessee office will be admitted into the firm's partnership, effective today. The professionals join nine audit, assurance, tax and consulting partners dedicated to serving the Nashville market.

Robert Pittman was admitted as a Tax partner. Pittman joined PwC in 2011 and brings over 14 years of experience assisting clients in the manufacturing, retail, service, and distribution industries with tax accounting, compliance, and consulting, including assisting with tax authority examinations and various merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities. He serves as a board member for Bridges, a domestic violence shelter in the Nashville area. Pittman received his bachelor's and master's degree in accounting from Louisiana State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of Tennessee and Alabama.

Blake Stinnette was admitted as an Assurance partner. Stinnette joined PwC in 2002 and brings 13 years of experience in public accounting serving public and private, domestic and international companies across multiple industries including manufacturing, entertainment and media, and technology. He is a board member of United Way of Williamson County Medius Circle. Stinnette received his Bachelor of Science and Business Administration, in finance from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of Tennessee and Georgia.

The new partners in Nashville are among 201 professionals newly admitted to the US partnership, representing all PwC service lines. The number includes 82 new partners in audit and assurance, 56 in tax, and 63 in advisory. The new admissions bring PwC's US partnership to approximately 3,100 men and women.
