SEATTLE, Jan. 31, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- PwC US announced that Kevin Baldwin has been named the Market Managing Partner (MMP) for the firm's Pacific Northwest Market. He will succeed Matt Kosmicki, who is relocating to PwC's Charlotte, NC office to serve as the Carolinas Market Managing Partner.

Baldwin joined the firm and was admitted to the partnership in 2002 and spent time in both Atlanta and Dallas prior to moving to the Bay Area. Most recently, Baldwin was the San Francisco Market Advisory Leader, a position held since 2010. As the San Francisco Advisory Leader, he provided leadership to a diverse group of professionals focusing on deals, forensics and consulting, serving a wide array of companies. Under Kevin's leadership, PwC's Advisory Practice in the Bay Area more than doubled, and he has played a key role in developing people and recruiting new talent.
A native of Oklahoma City, Baldwin holds a B.S.B. in Business Management and an M.B.A from Oklahoma City University. He is a frequent speaker at local, regional and national seminars. He is also a board member of the American Diabetes Association, San Francisco Bay Area and the Cancer Support Community - San Francisco Bay Area.
Kelly Keller has also been named the Market Assurance Leader for the firm's Pacific Northwest Market. Kelly joined PwC in 1992 and was admitted to the Partnership in 2004. She most recently held the position of Seattle Assurance Team Leader. She is succeeding Matt Kosmicki, who held the Market Assurance Leader role in addition to serving as the Pacific Northwest MMP.
During her nearly 20 year career at PwC, Keller has primarily focused on providing services to companies in the Technology industry including those in the information and communications, software and computers and networking sectors. Keller also spent time in PwC's Transaction Services Practice and most recently is serving clients in the wireless and software sectors. In addition to Seattle, she has also worked in PwC's San Jose and Washington, DC offices.
Keller earned her B.S. from Santa Clara University with a major in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California and Washington. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Washington State Society of Certified Public Accountants and is active with University of Washington. Additionally, she also teaches a course on Sarbanes-Oxley and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) at the University of Washington.
