PwC US Appoints Miranda Kalinowski as U.S. Sourcing Leader

NEW YORK, May 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- PwC US today announced that Miranda Kalinowski has been named the firm's U.S. Sourcing Leader. In her new role she will lead the campus and experienced recruiting activities for the firm, which is among the largest employers in the United States. Kalinowski previously served as the U.S. Recruiting Lead for PwC's Advisory Practice.

Ms. Kalinowski brings more than 22 years of experience in a variety of HR leadership roles throughout the Asia Pacific region, the UK and the U.S., specializing in talent acquisition leadership for the past 12 years. Prior to joining PwC, Ms. Kalinowski has global experience as a recruiting leader in the North America and Asia Pacific regions. In addition, she has spent a significant portion of her HR career leading large scale recruitment-related change programs, defining processes, technology, communications and optimizing team capabilities.

Originally from Brisbane, Australia, Kalinowski attended the University of Southern Queensland where she received her Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing. She now resides in Connecticut with her husband and two children.
