NEW YORK and WASHINGTON, Nov. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- PwC US today announced it has acquired substantially all of the assets of HumanR, a Herndon, Va.-based consulting firm specializing in organizational development consulting. With the closing of the deal, HumanR now becomes a part of PwC's Human Resource Services (HRS) practice, within its Saratoga™ workforce analytics team.

Through the acquisition, PwC has not only gained intellectual and analytical capabilities and technology platforms, it also has combined two of the leading names in workforce analytics and employee surveys.
With the close of the deal, Mary Saily, former CEO of HumanR, joins PwC as a leader in the PwC Saratoga practice. The deal was completed on November 1, 2013. Financial terms of the transactions will not be disclosed.
