PwC US Opens Innovative Workspace in the Heart of Downtown Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, Pa., July 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- PwC US today opened its new offices located in the Penn National Building at Two North Second Street in downtown Harrisburg.  Signaling its faith and long-term commitment to the city and the Central Pennsylvania market, PwC designed the space to accommodate its future growth plans and signed a ten-year lease with the building.

The new office design was developed specifically for PwC based on feedback from its employees and will allow the firm to better meet current and future workplace and operational needs.   With an open concept design, the office boasts many features specifically aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle for staff members including a walking workstation, and an interactive cafe with a lounge area to provide a space for team meetings.   The new space is also centrally located to a number of local restaurants, parks, and public transportation.

As one of the largest professional services firms in Harrisburg, PwC is seeing increased demand for its services and is optimistic about its future growth. PwC will occupy the 11^th floor of the building, which offers breathtaking views of the Susquehanna River and the West Shore.  The office features a progressive design with many innovative features, including custom artwork showcasing local landmarks.
