Pyramid Systems Inc. Signs Full-Floor Office Lease at Prosperity Metro Plaza

VIENNA, Va., Oct. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Transwestern today announced it completed a 23,379-square-foot, top-floor office lease with Pyramid Systems Inc. at Prosperity Metro Plaza, located at 2677 Prosperity Ave. in Merrifield, Va. Pyramid Systems is a leading IT consulting and software engineering firm providing services to the government and commercial sectors.

Timothy Jacobs, Edward Saa and Paul Carney represented the tenant in the transaction. Transwestern's Matt Bundy, Josh Masi, Peter Marcin and Matt Lynch represented the landlord.
