WASHINGTON, Nov. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- As millions of Americans gather for Thanksgiving Dinner, Qatar Airways wants you to take part in the just-launched #GivingThanksSelfie Contest. The contest, which runs from November 24th through December 1st, offers one Grand Prize Winner the chance to give back, by offering two round-trip tickets to friends or family, onboard the World's Best Business Class (Skytrax 2014).
Qatar Airways invites U.S. travelers to celebrate their holiday gatherings by sharing a photo of family, friends, or any unique turkey-day traditions, with Qatar Airways' Facebook, Twitter or Instagram accounts. Using the hashtag #GivingThanksSelfie, contestants can enter to be part of the Grand Prize drawing on December 4th.
The Grand Prize Winner will receive Bose Headphones and polarized Ray-Ban® Aviator sunglasses, courtesy of Qatar Airways, along with the chance to gift two Qatar Airways Business Class tickets to a person of their choice for travel to any destination within the Qatar Airways global network.
The #GivingThanksSelfie Contest comes as Qatar Airways celebrates another year of rapid growth, particularly in the North American market. Having commenced service to Dallas/Fort Worth, Philadelphia and Miami in 2014, Qatar Airways now offers non-stop service between Hamad International Airport in Doha and seven key business and leisure destinations within the United States (including Washington D.C., New York City, Houston and Chicago).
