Her extensive background includes marketing leadership positions at VC firm Venture Guides as well as multiple B2B technology companies, bringing deep expertise in building high-performing teams and establishing category-defining narratives for developer tools.

With over 15 years of sales leadership experience in the developer tools space, Schechter most recently served as VP of Sales at Snyk for nearly seven years. He was instrumental in scaling the company's enterprise sales organization and securing major customers including Google, MongoDB, and Salesforce. Prior to Snyk, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at a developer tools company where he built the sales organization from the ground up and drove transformative growth leading to a successful acquisition.
