Quadrant Homes Announces Quadrant Assurance Program, Offering Free Mortgage Protection in the Event of Involuntary Job Loss

BELLEVUE, Wash., March 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Quadrant Homes announced today the Quadrant Assurance program, which offers 24 months of free mortgage payment protection coverage to homebuyers in the event of an involuntary job loss. The Quadrant Assurance program is provided at no cost to the homebuyer with the purchase of a new Quadrant Home and combines with Quadrant's Built Your Way Promise. If a homeowner isn't completely satisfied with their home on completion, or if it was not built to their order, they don't have to buy it, period.

According to the terms of Quadrant Assurance, Quadrant Homes offers every qualified buyer up to 24 months of mortgage protection coverage upon closing. Should the homebuyer involuntarily lose their job during that time period, up to six months of payments (up to $2,000 or $2,500 depending on the Quadrant community) will be provided. These payments include principal, interest, taxes and insurance paid directly to the lender.
