QUANTUM CONNECTIONS APPOINTS JOSUE "SWAE" PAGAN AS DIRECTOR OF LEARNING

Former financial-services L&D executive to lead coaching, onboarding and technology-enabled learning for the Safe Conversations methodology 

DALLAS, Oct. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Quantum Connections, the Dallas-based relational skills organization founded by Harville Hendrix, Ph.D. and Helen LaKelly Hunt, Ph.D., has appointed Josue "Swae" Pagan as Director of Learning.

Pagan will lead Quantum Connections' learning and development strategy, working closely with the leadership team to build the coaching, onboarding, and technology-enabled learning experiences behind the Safe Conversations methodology across workplace and faith-based communities.

Pagan brings eight years of corporate Learning & Development experience, most recently as Vice President of Leadership Development & Enablement at a global financial institution. He specialized in instructional design, behavioral coaching program architecture, and large-scale onboarding systems. He built Coach University, a coaching certification initiative that strengthened how leaders developed and evaluated their people, and led an organization-wide rollout of large language model prompting workshops, helping thousands of employees adopt AI tools responsibly and effectively.
