Quantum Systems Partners with Sysgration to Localize UAS Production and Sustainment in Taiwan

Accelerates fielding and sustainment of Twister, Vector AI, and Reliant across the Asia-Pacific

TAIPEI, Sept. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Quantum Systems, a leader in electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aerial intelligence solutions, today announced a strategic partnership with Sysgration, a leading provider of AI, edge computing, and unmanned vehicle solutions, to localize assembly, integration, and sustainment in Taiwan—strengthening support across the Asia-Pacific.

Under the agreement, Sysgration will establish dedicated production and integration for Twister, Vector AI, and Reliant uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) under shared quality processes and secure supply chains, while providing in-country maintenance, repairs, and operator training to ensure resilient lifecycle support.

"Deterrence depends on speed, sovereignty, and resilience," said Dave Sharpin, Chief Executive Officer of Quantum-Systems Inc. "By investing in Taiwan with a trusted local partner, we're providing critical UAS technology, shortening lead times, and ensuring frontline forces can field and sustain AI-enabled robotic systems at the pace of operations amid escalating cross-Strait tensions. This is consistent with the overall Quantum Systems strategy of acting globally and responding locally."

The partnership anchors Quantum Systems' Asia-Pacific strategy of localized manufacturing, in-region support, and coalition interoperability. Taiwan's footprint complements the company's existing presence in the region—including operations in Australia—and creates a hub for rapid fielding, training, sustainment, and co-development with Taiwanese primes and government stakeholders.

"Sysgration is proud to partner with Quantum Systems to bring sovereign, in-country UAS production to Taiwan," said Albert Hsing, Automotive & Mobile Division General Manager of Sysgration. "Our manufacturing heritage, rigorous quality systems, and secure facilities are built for critical defense applications. Together, we will deliver and sustain the ISR platforms Taiwan and regional partners rely on. Sysgration is also honored to serve as Quantum Systems' exclusive partner in Taiwan."

Sysgration will display Quantum Systems' UAS in Booth l0201 at the 2025 Taipei Aerospace & Defense Technology Exhibition (TADTE) Sept. 18-20, 2025, while Quantum Systems will host a separate exhibit in Booth I1208. Teams from both companies will be available to discuss the Family of Systems, local production in Taiwan, sustainment and training offerings, and collaboration opportunities with government and industry stakeholders.
