Quarterly Financial Report (QFR): Fourth Quarter 2010 — The QFR survey has expanded its coverage to include data for corporations in selected service industries and released these new data for the first time on March 28 at 10 a.m. The expanded coverage includes all industry groups in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) information sector (NAICS 51) and all industry groups in the professional, scientific and technical services sector (NAICS 54), excluding legal services. The new service sector data are part of the QFR's quarterly publication of financial data for corporations in the manufacturing, mining and trade sectors, which has been renamed the Quarterly Financial Report for manufacturing, mining, wholesale trade and selected service industries.
