Quest Diagnostics Care360 EHR and Other Services Offered Through AT&T Healthcare Community Online

MADISON, N.J., June 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Quest Diagnostics (NYSE:DGX), the world's leading provider of diagnostic information services, today announced an agreement with AT&T* to provide the Quest Diagnostics Care360^® Solution Suite, including the Care360 electronic health record (EHR) and eprescribing and laboratory order/results services, through AT&T Healthcare Community Online.

Under the agreement, AT&T will offer, promote, and resell the Care360 Solution Suite through AT&T Healthcare Community Online, a cloud-based care collaboration and health information exchange (HIE) platform offering toolsets for physicians, providers, payers and patients. AT&T Healthcare Community Online integrates patient records and data from multiple sources into a single patient view, providing virtually real-time access to patient information and eHealth applications. This highly-secure solution enables providers to access critical care information at the point of care and fosters greater provider-to-provider collaboration.

The Care360 Solution Suite offers a range of capabilities from a collection of highly secure, interoperable services that features the Care360 EHR, an ONC-ATCB Certified EHR supporting meaningful use, as well as e-prescribing, lab and radiology test ordering, shared diagnostic data management to minimize duplicate testing and decision support. Care360 EHR customers can access the solution on a computer or via mobile devices such as tablets or smartphones. The Care360 technology is interoperable with other technologies featured in AT&T Healthcare Community Online enabling data sharing between providers managing the same patients.
