IRVINE, Calif., Dec. 1, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Quest International, a leader in global IT Solutions and Supply Chain Services organization today announced that it has signed an Authorized Channel Partner Agreement with Carestream Health for their PACS, RIS, Mammography Systems and e-Health Managed Services.
