The innovative new center, built on Quiet's proprietary Fulfillment Management System, is strategically located to enable two- and three-day shipping to eCommerce customers across the United States. At capacity it will be powered by a staff of approximately 250 full-time employees working alongside a state-of-the-art Locus Robotics autonomous picking solution for maximum efficiency and accuracy.

Thanks to this new location as well as strategic carrier partnerships, Quiet is now able to reach 100% of the U.S. population in two to three days at extremely competitive rates, often with far less accessorial charges than other U.S.-origin zip code. The Midwest hub offers eCommerce retailers a quick two-day delivery transit time to New York City, and three-day transit to Los Angeles via ground shipping.
