QuintEvents Mexico Launches Official Partnership With CIE For Formula 1 Gran Premio De Mexico™

CHARLOTTE, N.C., May 19, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- On the heels of one of the fastest ticket-only sell-outs, and the fully reserved Formula One Paddock Club™, QuintEvents Mexico announced a new five-year partnership with Corporacion Interamericana de Entretenimiento "CIE", as the Official Global Hospitality Package Provider for the FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO DE MÉXICO, set for Oct. 30–Nov. 1, in Mexico City. QuintEvents is also an Authorized Distributor for the Formula One Paddock Club™ worldwide.

The long-term partnership brings forth a new collaborative experience program, Gran Premio de México VIP, freshly releasing a new and final allotment of tickets in the Main Grandstand, Section 9 and Section 8, paired with exclusive-access to the race and special events. Accompanying the three-day race tickets are VIP components such as in-circuit hospitality and a track-side lunch with F1™ Legend, Emerson Fittipaldi, featuring a Q&A and meet and greet with the former F1™ driver and World Champion, who will also appear in both Legends Club venues and the Paddock Club™ during the race weekend. Events held in both of the Legends Club venues boast premium open bar and food, and interactive experiences in a climate-controlled venue near the designated seating areas.

All official packages have hotel options in Polanco and other areas in Mexico City with 4-night accommodations and ground transportation to and from the track with in-circuit drop off, included or available as an upgrade option. For corporate groups, block seating at the track and hotel blocks can be arranged. All Official Ticket Packages can be purchased with or without the 5-year "DPO" commitment, and are available with easy payment terms and more perks only available through this Official program.

Official ticket packages offer an array of tiered options to accommodate budget and experience expectations. Race day packages start at just $2,549, and weekend-long packages with accommodations and transportation to and from the track start at just $3,499. Parking at the Circuit will be extremely limited, making the ground transportation and in-circuit drop off locations integral to the customer experience.

These ticket, hospitality and travel options are now the last opportunity to see the exciting F1™ action in Mexico. With only a limited capacity for both Lunch with a Legend with Emerson Fittipaldi and In-Track Hospitality experiences, these events are also projected to sell out quickly. Those lucky enough to snag this premium level will begin their Formula One™ track-side experience on Friday with a mid-day rendezvous for the Lunch with a Legend event, enjoying a gourmet lunch, soft drinks, beer, wine and champagne, and participating in a Q&A session with former F1™ racing legends, including Emerson Fittipaldi.

Throughout the race days on Saturday and Sunday, fans will have full access to the Legends Club, conveniently situated near the Main Grandstand and Stadium Sections.  The climate-controlled Legends Club will feature celebrity appearances by the best in F1™ history, along with gourmet food buffets, an open premium bar, comfortable seating, in-suite TV race coverage, an Official race program and interactive experiences.
