Rachita Maker Joins Integreon to Lead Growing India LPO Operations

Maker brings more than 15 years of legal industry experience to Integreon, including most recently as a Director for Ernst & Young's contract lifecycle management solutions team, where she oversaw development of new solutions, improvement of workflow and quality control processes, selection of enabling contract management automation tools and other technologies and the management of complex client engagements. Prior to Ernst & Young, she consulted with a Dubai-based private equity firm to set up Sri Lanka's first LPO company.

Previously Maker served as a member of the founding management team at Pangea3, from 2005 through 2013, where she worked closely with the company's Co-CEOs to set up and manage their LPO operations, processes and systems on an organization wide basis. In this role, her projects and initiatives contributed significantly to the success of the business and included responsibility for the company's corporate abstraction and due diligence division, where she managed a team of over 100 lawyers and oversaw delivery of engagements relating to contract lifecycle management, M & A due diligence, and contract data analysis, abstraction and migration.
