RadioShack Corporation Sets Date For First-Quarter 2013 Earnings Announcement

FORT WORTH, Texas, April 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- RadioShack Corporation (NYSE: RSH) will host a live webcast of its first-quarter earnings conference call with investors starting at 9 a.m. ET on Tuesday, April 23, 2013, to review financial results for the first quarter, which ended March 31, 2013.

RadioShack also will issue a news release summarizing its first-quarter results and intends to file its Form 10-Q with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission before the start of market trading on the New York Stock Exchange on April 23, 2013.
