Mr. Appalaraju brings with him more than 20 years of marketing experience in high-technology enterprises with extensive expertise in virtualization, automation and management technologies for data center environments.

Mr. Appalaraju comes to Enterasys from Meru Networks, where he served for the past 18 months as the senior vice president of marketing. Prior to that, he has served in senior management positions for several other enterprises, including Isilon Systems, HP and GE.
During Appalaraju's leadership, the companies he worked for experienced significant growth and transformed into solution centric companies. His skills include managing end-to-end marketing functions including planning, branding and field marketing; expertise in cloud and virtualization strategy; and developing and implementing effective business and pricing models.
