Randall Beard Joins Starlite Media's Board of Directors

NEW YORK, Aug. 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Starlite Media, the leading at-store outdoor advertising company with operations in the top 16 US markets, is pleased to announce the addition of Randall Beard to its Board of Directors.  Mr. Beard is currently Global Head for Advertiser Solutions at The Nielsen Company.

Daryl Brewster - Mr. Brewster is the founder and CEO of Brookside Management, a boutique consulting and advisory firm. Previously, Mr. Brewster was the turnaround CEO of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc., as well as a senior executive at Kraft and President of Nabisco Biscuits from 2000-2006.

Timothy Hammonds - Dr. Hammonds served as President and CEO of the Food Marketing Institute from 1993 to 2009.  Prior to joining FMI in 1975, Dr. Hammonds was a tenured member of the Department of Agricultural Economics at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon where he served from 1970-1975.

Harold Lueken - Mr. Lueken is the acting CEO of Starlite Media. Mr. Lueken's prior positions include Senior Vice President with the Kmart Corporation, a Managing Director at Bank of America, and an associate with Cravath, Swaine and Moore.
