Nearly all organizations capture data on various aspects of their recruitment programs, such as cost per hire, time to fill, source of hire and quality of hire. However, these measures indicate the effectiveness of their recruitment program, but not the impact on the business. Callahan will discuss the extent to which organizations are moving beyond the measurement of recruiting effectiveness to analyze the true effect recruiting has on business outcomes.

"Managing Contingent Suppliers – Is It Time to Change Our Thinking?"

In this panel discussion, Randstad Sourceright's Mary Kristynik, senior director, Supplier Strategy, and Jennifer Klehr, strategic account director, will discuss the changing dynamic between contingent workforce suppliers and their customers. As companies depend on suppliers to deliver great talent, while driving returns in cost and efficiency, many organizations realize that simply dictating supplier performance demands is not enough.
