A Rapp veteran of over 11 years, Rachael previously held the positions of Chief Creative Officer and Creative Strategist. In her new role, she will focus on boosting Rapp's evolution both internally and externally. She will also help spearhead the agency's new business development in the U.S. Rachael brings extensive creative, strategic and marketing expertise to her new role, having worked with nearly every Rapp client in the U.S.
