Ray Zukowski Joins Eventus Solutions Group to Head Growing Managed Services Business
DENVER, Oct. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Eventus Solutions Group announced today that Ray Zukowski has joined the firm to head up the firm's growing family of customer engagement managed services offerings. As Senior Vice President Managed Services, Zukowski takes over responsibility for Eventus' Command Center, CRM and Telephony managed services. He will also be responsible for developing additional managed service offerings in the future to satisfy increasing client demand.

Ray joins Eventus from N.E.W./Asurion, where he was SVP of Customer Experience. In his 12 years there, he built a world class customer experience team that grew from one contact center and 400 associates to more than 10 contact centers and 6,500 associates, including 1,500 work-at-home associates. He played a pivotal role in helping N.E.W./Asurion capture the coveted J.D. Power and Associates award for four consecutive years, and helped position them at the top of the Net Promoter Score Index across industries.
Prior To N.E.W/Asurion, Ray was the COO of iSKY, a GE Capital company. iSKY was the first company to develop an interactive customer follow-up program for the automotive industry that laid the foundation for survey-driven customer loyalty programs. Ray's experience also includes serving as SVP Customer Solutions at APAC, where he managed all client relationships across 20 inbound/outbound sites and 12,000 agents.
Ray spent 16 years with G.E. and is a graduate of the G.E. Executive Management School in Crotonville, N.Y. He currently serves on the visitor's board of directors for the John F. Welch Graduate School of Business. Ray holds a B.S. degree from Sacred Heart University and an Executive MBA from Orlando College.
