MINNEAPOLIS, April 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- RAZR, the fast-growing engagement technology and design company, has announced that a senior finance executive has joined the firm.
Erika Knips has been named Chief Financial Officer. She comes to RAZR most recently from Post Consumer Brands, where she led marketing finance and process integration efforts following the company's acquisition of MOM Brands.
Her career spans more than two decades and includes distinguished tenures as VP of finance for Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group and VP of audit for Carlson Companies, among the nation's largest private companies. In her role at RAZR, Ms. Knips will oversee the firm's finance and accounting, human resources, legal and security functions, and will report to Chairman and CEO Darren Nauss. Earlier in her career, Ms. Knips held a variety of management positions at ConAgra Foods, Jostens and KPMG. She maintains respected credentials including CPA, Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). A Minnesota native, Ms. Knips graduated from Minnesota State University, Moorhead with summa cum laude honors. Ms. Knips will be based at the company's Minneapolis headquarters.
