RCC Associates General Contractors Forms New Division: RCC Country Clubs, Resorts and Wellness Centers

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., March 23 /PRNewswire/ -- With a national reputation for its construction work for the country's top retailers and restaurants already established, RCC Associates General Contractors, www.rccassociates.com, has announced the formation of a division that will specialize in new construction and renovations for county clubs, resorts and wellness centers.

The South Florida-based RCC Associates, which has built more than 1,500 projects in 25 states over the course of its 39-year history, recently completed the renovation of the historic 5,872-square-foot Beach Club at Fisher Island—a world-class private island residential community off Miami Beach, Florida.

In 2008, RCC also completed another significant health and fitness category project in Miami-Dade County-- a 30,000 square foot location for Equinox Fitness Clubs at the Aventura Mall.

Raphael said RCC is currently scheduling meetings with country club managers to identify new opportunities within the country club/resort/wellness center business segment, where facility upgrades, renovation and new project development projects for 2010/2011 will be targeted.
