REAL Trends Announces America's Best Real Estate Professionals List

DENVER, July 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- REAL Trends, Inc., the Trusted Source in residential brokerage, released today the 2018 REAL Trends America's Best Real Estate Professionals list. The list, now in its sixth year, ranks the most productive agents by state and metropolitan area based on closed transaction sides and closed volume. Agents and brokers selected for the 2018 REAL Trends America's Best Real Estate Agents list will receive custom marketing collateral and discounts on ad campaigns from Adwerx to help them grow their business.

"With today's release of the 2018 America's Best Real Estate Professionals list, an elite group of real estate agents across the country are receiving well-deserved recognition. Over 13,800 real estate sales associates from every state are featured. To be included in the ranking, agents must have closed at least 50 transactions or $20 million in closed sales volume in 2017. Teams must have closed 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume in 2017 to be included. All production numbers are independently verified by a third-party to ensure accuracy and report integrity.

The individuals ranked in America's Best Real Estate Agents had an average of 73.88 transaction sides and an average sales volume of almost $38 million. "The average residential real estate agent in the United States closed 8.0 transactions in 2017 and had less than $1.3 million in sales," said Murray. Teams ranked in America's Best Real Estate Agents had an average of 147.4 sides and an average sales volume a little over $62 million. This ensures that only the best of the best are included on the prestigious list.
