Reason for Reform Campaign to Launch in Massachusetts with New Data on Immigrant Contributions in Massachusetts and Immigration Reform Event Hosted by Local Leaders
Day of Action for Reform includes more than 55 events across all 50 states
BOSTON, Aug. 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- On August 3, 2016, a coalition of business and community leaders from across Massachusetts will come together to launch the Reason for Reform campaign. The event, hosted by the Partnership for a New American Economy (NAE) and the University of Massachusetts Global Entrepreneur in Residence Program, will highlight the need for immigration reform and present new Massachusetts-specific data the contributions of immigrants.
The Reason for Reform campaign will kick off with the release of 51 new reports (one for every state + Washington DC) and more than 55 events in all 50 states urging Members of Congress to take action to enact reform.
