REC*IT To Award One Lucky College Student With $30,000 Toward Tuition For Downloading The Free App

NEW YORK, Sept. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- REC*IT, the most dynamic university app for managing college intramural and recreational sports life, is announcing the launch of a sweepstakes to reward one lucky student athlete with a year of free tuition, up to $30,000.

Students enrolled at schools that use IMLeagues – the leading intramural sports and recreation center scheduling and management system – have the opportunity to enter the sweepstakes. To be eligible, participants must download the REC*IT app (available for both iOS and Android) and log into their IMLeagues account. The sweepstakes will run from September 1 through November 23, with a winner randomly drawn and announced prior to December 1.

Eligible students must be at least 18 years of age and enrolled in a participating IMLeagues school (list of participating schools available at: http://www.imleagues.com/Schools.aspx) as of September 1, 2014. Students enter the sweepstakes by either downloading the REC*IT application to a smartphone and creating or using a pre-existing IMLeagues account, or through a mail-in ballot.

REC*IT is currently available at over 870 colleges across the U.S. and is free to download for iOS devices via the Apple App Store and Android devices on Google Play.
